Super Pottery Sale at the Grand Hand Gallery. The opening reception is Friday May 8th, 2009. The Sale runs May 8th - June 14. The Grand Hand is located at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Dale in St. Paul, MN.

The 26th Annual Art in Bloom takes place April 29th- May 3rd 2009 at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. Tonight is an exclusive expensive opening, but Thursday thru Sunday is free to the public. Every year more and more floral arrangers match their wits, skills, and instinct to create arrangements that link and honor works of art in the museum. for the past three years I have worked with Sue Bagge who has been an outstanding and recognized floral arranger at the AIB for each of the 26 years. This year I made a pitcher that stands 18 inches tall and  nestles upon a base-vase which is 5 inches tall. Check it out, it smells great.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by for the  Spring Pottery Sale in St. Paul. Jason and I  always enjoy the weekend, its good to see old  faces and catch up. Every year there is a  theme that develops between Jason and I.  This year it was “Butter Dish Mania”. The  screenprint was lights out. Hopefully next  years can live up to this years. I am going to  try to get digital versions of every poster to  post.
